PAYMENT PLAN:

50% of registration fees are due by January 8, 2027. Remaining balance must be paid by February 2, 2027. Only wire transfer, cheques, e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard or money orders payable to KARV Dance Challenge will be accepted. Any entries and payments submitted after the final entry deadline are subject to a 10 per cent late fee of the total registration fee for the event. A $40.00 service charge will be applied for any NSF cheques. No refunds will be granted for ANY reason, including medical conditions. 

KARV Dance Challenge reserves the right to add/or subtract an additional day to the stated 2027 tour dates if deemed necessary. KARV maintains the right to change the dates, venues or format of future dance challenge events. 

Until full payment for all entry fees is received, you are not entered into the competition and will not receive a tentative or final schedule. 

 

Photography & Video:

For valuable consideration received, I irrevocably grant the rights to KARV Dance Challenge to distribute, transmit, publish, copy, or otherwise exploit, either in whole or in part, either digitally or in any other medium now known or later discovered, the photographs and video taken at a KARV Dance Challenge event. 

I understand and agree that the photographs or video may be used and exploited without identifying any person or dance studio as their subject. 

By your continued participation in KARV Dance Challenge events, you irrevocably consent to release and discharge owner and its agents, representatives and assignees from any claim or cause of action, now known or later discovered, for, among other things, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and defamation arising out of use and exploitation of photographs and video.
